We offer a flat rate shipping cost Australia wide.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days from when placed.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping - $13.25 AUD (flat rate)
  • Express Shipping - $16.75 AUD (flat rate)
  • Free Standard shipping for orders over $85

All items are shipped as Tracked Parcel Post by Australia Post.

Package Delays

At Petite Me we strive to process all orders between Tuesday - Thursday between 10am - 4pm and will include tracking numbers to ensure a safe arrival for each package. However there are instances at Australia Post where packages have arrived outside of the expected window.

Unfrotnately, these delays are outside of our control and we cannot be responsible for your package arriving later than planned. We suggest if there's an urgency element, please use the Express Post or Click & Collect service.

Worldwide

Unfortunately, at this stage we do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You are provided 14 days to exchange or return any full priced item/s for a store credit from your original date of purchase


Unfortunately, we cannot accept return/refunds on sale items or gift cards.

No returns or exchange on worn/used items

Processing A Return

Should you choose to make a return, the item(s) must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • In original unworn, unwashed and unused condition with all labels and tags attached.
  • Accompanied with proof of purchase. 

Please email admin@petiteme.com.au to process an intention to return or exchange. This will ensure we receive and action your request as soon as possible.

Once we receive your return or exchange, we aim to process your request within 14 days.

For returns, a full store credit to the value of the items will be provided to you once we’ve processed your request. You will receive an email notification to inform you of your successful return lodgement.

Exchanges

In cases of an exchange, please specify via email with the following details: 

  • The items you are returning
  • The items you’d like to exchange it for

Processing your return or exchange

Once we receive your exchange, you’ll receive a notification to inform you of your new items being shipped. Current shipping rates specified above apply to returns.

All returned items must be appropriately packaged in strong bags/boxes to avoid any damage to the item. Petite Me reserves the right to deny any return if received in a damaged state due to poor packaging.

Return shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We strongly encourage any returned item to be sent with a registered or trackable service. All returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Petite Me.


Please note that Petite Me reserves the right to refuse to provide a refund, store credit or exchange in cases where the goods don’t meet the criteria of our terms and conditions.
